These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.villa-valeria.com (the “Website”) and your purchase of products from us. By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

4.1 By placing an Order, you offer to purchase Products. We will confirm receipt by email, but this is not acceptance.
4.2 A contract forms only when we dispatch your Order and send a dispatch confirmation email.
4.3 We may refuse or cancel Orders due to unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other reasons.
4.4 You are responsible for accurate Order details, including delivery address and payment information.
5.1 Prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable, excluding delivery charges.
5.2 Prices may change without notice but will not affect confirmed Orders.
5.3 Payments must be made in full via credit/debit card at Order time.
5.4 If pricing errors occur, we may cancel the Order or offer to proceed at the correct price.
6.1 Most Products must be collected at one of your August homes. After ordering, we will contact you to arrange pickup location and time.
6.2 Regional Products (e.g., Balearic Orange body wash) must be collected at the relevant home.
6.3 Products eligible for shipping (Luxury Beach Towel and Lavender & Thyme 130g soap bar) require a shipping address at checkout and will be shipped directly.
6.4 Mixed Orders: If your Order contains both shippable and non-shippable Products, only the shippable items will be shipped; other Products must be collected as arranged.
7.1 We do not accept returns under any circumstances.

10.2 We are not liable for losses from inaccurate information you provide or events beyond our control (force majeure).

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g., strikes, pandemics, supply disruptions).
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales unless mandatory local laws apply.
