6.1 Collection Only for Most Products: At this time, most products must be collected at one of your August homes. After placing your order, we will email you to arrange where and when you would like to pick up your product(s). Regional products—such as the Balearic Orange body wash—must be collected at the relevant home (e.g., your Mallorca or Barcelona home).
6.2 Shipping Exceptions: The following products are eligible for shipping and will require you to enter a shipping address at checkout:
– The Luxury Beach Towel
– The Lavender & Thyme 130g Bar of Soap
6.3 Mixed Orders: If your order contains both shippable and non-shippable products, a shipping address will appear at checkout, but only the towel and/or soap will be shipped. Other products must still be collected, and we will contact you by email to coordinate pick-up.
7.1 Returns: We do not offer returns under any circumstances.
7.2 Eligibility for Refunds: You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:
– You experience symptoms of an allergic reaction after using one of our products.
– The product is defective (you will need to email us visual proof of the issue).
