In 2008, Lars and his wife Stella took over and transformed it into a certified organic estate, dedicating themselves entirely to quality over quantity. Their meticulous care and commitment have earned the oil multiple prestigious awards, reflecting both tradition and excellence.

Harvested beneath the warm Tuscan sun, Villa Valeria is more than olive oil — it’s a love letter to the land. Pressed from hand-picked olives grown on ancient groves that sway gently above golden fields, each bottle captures the slow, soulful rhythm of life in the hills of Val d’Orcia.

Fragrant with hints of green almond, artichoke, and freshly cut grass, this cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil brings a soft peppery finish — a reminder of the richness that comes from time, tradition, and tender care.

The standard is an oil with low acidity, low oxidation and high polyphenols. It has the typical taste of early-harvested olives, with a gentle bitterness, a grassy smell, and a spicy tone.
